Ongoing Projects: Cancellations of ongoing projects will be handled case-by-case. Charges will be applied for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Advance Payments: Advance payments made for project initiation are non-refundable once project work has started.

Service Fees: Payments for services already delivered (such as design mockups, development milestones, consultations, or completed deliverables) are non-refundable.

Prepaid Packages / Subscriptions: Refunds are not applicable on prepaid service packages or subscription-based services once they are activated.
