1. Cancellation Policy

  • Project Initiation: Once a project has been initiated with client approval and advance payment, cancellations are not permitted except under special circumstances.

  • Client Request: If a client requests cancellation before the project has started, Flairtek may refund the advance payment, after deducting any administrative or resource allocation costs.

  • Ongoing Projects: Cancellations of ongoing projects will be handled case-by-case. Charges will be applied for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Advance Payments: Advance payments made for project initiation are non-refundable once project work has started.

  • Service Fees: Payments for services already delivered (such as design mockups, development milestones, consultations, or completed deliverables) are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid Packages / Subscriptions: Refunds are not applicable on prepaid service packages or subscription-based services once they are activated.

  • Failure to Deliver: In rare cases where Flairtek is unable to deliver the agreed scope of services due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Timeline for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Clients may request changes or rescheduling of project timelines by contacting us directly. Flairtek will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to availability and resource allocation.

  • Additional charges may apply if significant scope or schedule changes are requested after project commencement.
